Floorplan reference as a base for the house was used, also reference images.
Tested tree wind animation, wich slows doen rendertimes a lot, also viewport fps. maybe too much trees, use billords in the future?
I used Booleand to create windoes and doors, in a solidifyed wall, works good in collections
